Explicit content must be marked 18+. Spice ratings help other readers decide.

Share your own work, not spam

Sharing your own BookTok or review videos is welcome. Repeated self-promotion, links to buy followers, giveaways asking for personal details and pirated books are not.

Respect privacy

Don’t share other people’s personal information.

Photos of pages

In challenges, share a few lines of a book, not whole pages or chapters. Photos are checked automatically, like posts.

How we keep it safe

Reports go to moderators. Some things are checked automatically: links from brand-new accounts, words moderators have flagged, and AI screening for harassment, hate and threats. Anything flagged waits for a person to decide. Content reported by several readers is hidden until reviewed. Moderators can hide or remove posts and suspend accounts for 1–30 days or until further notice.

There is no place here for objectionable content or abusive users. We look at every report within 24 hours, remove what breaks these guidelines, and remove the people who post it.
